OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

FAST ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Orders ship out from our warehouse in Toronto each week day. If your order is placed by 9AM it will usually ship the same business day, but can take up to 1 - 2 business days to be dispatched from our warehouse.  If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our shipping department to confirm any errors to your original order. Estimate shipping times shown during checkout are the in transit shipping estimates from when your order is in transit from the warehouse. Please allow up to 2 business days for our warehouse to process and dispatch your order.

 

LOW REAL TIME SHIPPING RATES IN CANADA: At Dancewear Centre we offer our customers a variety of shipping options with the lowest real time shipping rates in Canada. During the check out process you will be able to choose from multiple shipping options from Canada, FedEx and more. Each shipping option will have a discounted real time cost that will vary depending on what is being shipped and where the shipment is going. 

 

EASY ORDER TRACKING: After your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification including your shipment’s tracking number. If you have made an account with dancewearcentre.com you can also log in and view your recent order information to retrieve your order’s tracking number there as well.

 

SHIPPING TO COMMUNITY MAILBOXES: If you are shipping your order to a community mailbox, please be advised that your order may not be placed in your regular mailbox by Canada Post or FedEx. The parcel is sometimes placed in a communal parcel mailbox that needs to be accessed by a key.  In some occurrences customers have found that Canada Post does not properly leave a key for the appropriate mailbox when delivering a parcel to community mailboxes. If you have not received your package, but your item shows as being delivered to your community mailbox, please contact Canada Post regarding your situation and quote your tracking number. They should be able to coordinate the driver to provide the needed access if this is the case. Please contact our customer service department if you have any concerns.

 

FREE US SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200 A special Dancewear Centre offers our neighbours of the South is free Canada Post Tracked Packet shipping for online orders over $200 before tax shipping within the Continental United States . You gotta love it, eh! Currently Rac n Roll and Grit dance bags are the only products excluded from free shipping.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: Using Canada Post & FedEx we can ship orders worldwide. Real time shipping quotes will display during check out and are based on what was purchased and where the order is shipping to.   All international orders are not charged tax by Dancewear Centre. Any shipment sent outside of Canada may be subject to your country's duties and taxes when the order is delivered. These charges are separate from your transaction with Dancewear Centre and you will be responsible for all associating fees.
